Instructions

    Knead the flour, water, and salt until you get a smooth, elastic dough; let it rest.

    Divide the dough and stretch each portion until you get very thin sheets.

    Stack the sheets while generously brushing each one with ghee.

    Fold the edges inward to form a package and stretch it slightly.

    Bake at a high temperature until golden and the layers separate crispy.

    Serve hot accompanied by a bowl of natural honey.
