Instructions

1Knead the flour, water, and salt until you get a smooth, elastic dough; let it rest.

2Divide the dough and stretch each portion until you get very thin sheets.

3Stack the sheets while generously brushing each one with ghee.

4Fold the edges inward to form a package and stretch it slightly.

5Bake at a high temperature until golden and the layers separate crispy.

6Serve hot accompanied by a bowl of natural honey.
